I had been looking for a good detail company on Yelp and came across Slate Detail. I couldn't be happier with the way my car turned out. It was like a brand new vehicle! I called Slate Detail and got Brandon on the phone. He was friendly, professional and super easy to work with. I booked my appointment with him over the phone and he came out on a Sunday. You can also make appointments online too. He was even nicer in person and his attention to detail was amazing. I had spilled a huge Starbucks coffee in my center console and coffee got inside the air conditioning buttons. It was sticky and the knobs weren't turning well. I told him this and he said he could fix it-no problem. I also had some scratches on the back trim piece that he was able to get out. I really am so impressed with the job he did! I can't recommend Slate Detail enough and I will definitely use Slate Detail on a regular basis to clean my car.

So glad I called Slate Detail!!! I called and booked an appointment with Brandon from Slate Detail, he was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and we set a date and time that was convenient for me to bring my vehicle to him and I'm so glad the other guy I thought I had an appointment with cancelled and I went with him instead. I purchased a used SUV which wreaked of cigarette smoke and the carpets were dirty. I can tell you that he does really take the time to address any concerns that I had and makes sure to concentrate on that particular problem/problems. His price was a little lower than the other guy. The results were awesome, I drove my "New" vehicle home with only good smells(no more smoke smell). Brandon is one of the nicest guys I've met. Also, I walked right across the street and ate at Bayou Beer Garden. He also has an indoor waiting area which has several nice chairs and a TV. I highly recommend Slate Detail!!!

I've had my car detailed several times before, however I've never had the type of results I had after using Slate Detail. The results were amazing. My truck is not new, and it's had some bumps and bruises in its lifetime, but you'd never know it after this detailing job!! My vehicle was shiny and looked brand new. It smelled WONDERFUL too!! The attention to detail was evident as soon as I saw my truck. In the past the cleanliness of my truck only lasted a few days, but this detailing has definitely surpassed a few days. To see the water just simply bead up when it rained was a welcomed surprise. The owner of the company was very professional and helpful. He took time to listen to the problem areas that I saw, and pointed out areas I didn't see. He was very punctual and friendly and his attention to detail was remarkable. I would definitely use Slate Detail again and recommend this company to all my friends!!!! Five star company for sure.

Honestly, when I first showed up I was put off by the fact that the business didn't have a sign on the front. I was worried I might not get professional results. I couldn't have been more wrong! The staff is extremely friendly, thorough, honest and careful. My car looked and smelled like it was new again. I was given an appointment at the last minute, too. I'll be going back, and I'd recommend the services to anyone.
